This comfortable, highly insulated 33 m² apartment sleeps 4/5 with radiators in all rooms (the 5th person can only be a child under 3 years old) and has 3 bedrooms, offering privacy to each occupant. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: one with a desk and a single bed, another with a desk, a folding cot and a single bed, and a master bedroom with a double bed. It’s ideal for families with teenagers or for those wishing to telework in a pleasant environment.

There’s also a bathroom with shower and separate toilet for added convenience. The living room is pleasant and bright, and is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. TV, dishwasher and free WIFI make your stay even more enjoyable. Outside, an 18 m² covered terrace awaits you for relaxing moments in the open air.
