The Stèlede la Stèle
The La Tour d’Auvergne – La Stèle ski area, located in the western part of the Sancy massif, is a benchmark for cross-country skiing in France. With 45.4 km of marked trails, it is ideal for beginners and advanced skiers alike:
- 2 green runs (1 km and 2.9 km): perfect for learning the basics of Nordic skiing.
- 2 blue runs (1.9 km and 4.1 km): for gentle progress.
- 3 red runs (3 km, 5 km and 7.5 km): for technical challenges for intermediate skiers.
- 3 black runs (4 km, 7.5 km and 8.5 km): reserved for experts looking for intensity.
