Auvergne’s culinary specialties reflect the region’s terroir and traditions, offering a palette of flavors that will delight gourmets. Here’s an overview of the emblematic dishes and flagship products of the Auvergne that you can discover during your stay at our campsite in the heart of the Puy de Dôme.

This emblematic Auvergne dish is a creamy blend of mashed potatoes and fresh Tome cheese, topped with garlic.Aligot is often served with meat, and its stringy texture makes it a real treat. Enjoy it while camping in open country in winter.

Truffade is an emblematic dish of the Auvergne region, based on potatoes and cheese. This comforting dish is prepared with sautéed potatoes, usually accompanied by fresh tome, a local cheese.
